A) We use commercial-grade R-panel for all of our Patio Covers. Standing Seam, polycarbonate, and shingles can be used if applicable and requested. B) We use architectural shingles on all of our pavilions. Standing Seam and R-panel metal roofing can be used if applicable and requested.

A) Douglas Fir is more cost-effective than Western Red Cedar. B) Since Douglas Fir and Western Red Cedar are both rough sawn from the sawmill, they will stain/paint very similar, almost identical. C) Douglas fir is known for its strength and durability, making it a popular choice for structural applications such as framing and outdoor construction, and is 40 percent stronger than Western Red Cedar.

We stand behind our work 100%. Louisiana law states all construction must be warranted for one year. If anything needs to be addressed within that year (outside of normal wear & tear or a natural disaster ), we will resolve the issue free of charge.

We do not offer in-house financing, but we work with finance companies specializing in home improvement lending services. If needed, we can help you start that process. ​

Yes, we stain and seal all material at our state of the art facility. This helps keep the job site clean, and makes the build faster.

Yes, we offer paint as an option, but there is an upcharge, and it makes the build time longer. There is also more maintenance with a painted structure. We recommend going with our stain and seal option.
